The only "true" international airports in the world are in city states
such as Singapore, and Hong Kong until 1997. LHR and LGW have domestic
services (quite frequent shuttles) to Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow,
Aberdeen, etc. Unless flying to Scotland is now considered international.
