I don't travel by Ansett, but suspect they take a different view, ie if the
paying customers complain, don't lecture them about how difficult
maintenance is, and how lucky they are that so few planes crash, and how
crowded some airports are, and how customers should shut up and like it.
They actually analyse the problems and try to solve them. And then business
increases, and the organisation can afford decent wages and conditions for
employees.

We live in an era where if you tell people to "like it or lump it", you will
be left looking rather sad, lonely and poor.
