I don't think they would bother re-gauging the Geelong line. The broad gauge
would be used for passenger and any freight that comes from the Warrnambool line
and the standard gauge would pobably become the goods line (apart from the
Overland). I think the current passenger network will probably remain broad
gauge while the freight network will become standard gauge.
