Further to my recent post below, I have just been to the telstra site and
tried to book again on the same date
and other dates from MEL-SYD or MEL-ADL and I am only receiving standard
fares now.

The telstra consultant did mention it was a "computer error and a serious
one at that!". He did mention that
he tried to book a free flight MEL-ADL-MEL but it didn't get through the
approval process which takes
anywhere from 24-72 hours.

I hope there's not going to be too many disappointed people who picked up on
Anthony Tubbs' quick
thinking.
