hmm, XPT/XPLORER serives and National Rail/Freightcop trains will all
get benific by this improvement.

If this cuts the travel time by 1/2 an hour that makes the best timing
(say the "flyer") just below 2 hours with current rolling stock,
What if the stock is capable of 200km/h what would be the best timing
between Newcastle and Sydney Central?
