40 kph in both directions is the official speed limit for trains on the SHB,
although in 3rd notch it's easier to just let it power freely which gets the
train up to 50 to 55 before shutting off at the top of the rise. Otherwise
we've got to shut off early or cycle the powering which isn't good for the
train and gives the passengers a bad time of it too.
