[Melb] 4D running again (running times)

As it has already been posted in this group the 4D will be returning to 
service on Tuesday 4th Jan 2000.

It will be running to the old times it was running before it took leave.

That is a morning run to Blackburn and Lilydale and afternoon runs
to Lilydale, Box Hill and Box Hill.  It will be stored in the Layby
sidings at Spencer Street.

WTT.2007/99 was issued for changes to WTT for the return to service of
the 4D.
