It seems to chop off the end of 'bits' of WAV when playing a *.dva with
multiple sound bytes, but not always the same bits.  E.G. late_trn.dva
sometimes starts off by saying "six..." and finishes correctly, but other
times it starts correctly, but dies halfway thru "regrets".
