DVA version 2.10 is here.
It contains more sounds from sydney, "train is running x minutes late"
announcements, MUCH better upgrade facilities, the ability to play more
than one file without restarting the program, a new splash screen (thanks
to Eric Cartman), and a .hlp help file. To release the version quickly, I
have omitted Melbourne sounds for the time being. They will be released as
an upgrade package when they are ready.
