Surely this would be regarded as incompetence though? If you hear a lady
screaming in a train, with no-one on it, what else could it be? Unless the
guard was doing the dirty deed, I think that he/she should check what's
going on. "Whatta ya doin to dat gerl?", even the non-english
speaking/heavily accented people could say that!
