Hi,
Which line does the Dubbo XPT run if there is trackwork from Penrith to
Lithgow (05/02/2000-06/02/2000), unlike the Ghan which runs through the Main
South and East Hills lines? If the Dubbo XPT still runs through Penrith to
Lithgow, is the restrictions apply or is the Dubbo XPT being replaced by
road coaches?
