[VIC] Gippsland Rail Fanning

Hi all,
        Was considering a trip down Gippsland way and was wondering if
anyone could provide any times for freight on the Line
(Traralgon/Sale/Hillside).  I mostly hope to see the log trains on the
Hillside stint, and it seems weekdays is the only time to catch this - am I
right?  SO what are the best days/times etc?
