Re: Yarra Trams Revenue Protection



The odious public relations nightmares formerly known as RPO's are now
called "Customer Service Employees" in the pretense that they do
anything besides check tickets.

The police-like powers of these people are seen as inappropriate
because they do not have the level of training or accountability
required of the police.

We get heaps of complaints every week about the things these people get
up to. Interestingly, we seem to get more complaints about Yarra than
any of the other three.
