No, there isn't one, and no, theres no immediate likelihood of one
being built.

The proposal for a nuclear powered monorail or whatever it was that the
DOI came up with last year met with justified opposition from local
residents. As an example of some of the sillyness in it, they put the
station a good five minutes walk from the terminal (not under it, which
is obviously where it should be) and then proposed expensive and
intrusive fast trains to save time!

This proposal is unlikely to ever get close to happening, certainly not
in the life of the current government.
