Re: Fatigue Rostering



They both had a hand in it, management were totally inflexible with its
introduction, saying  this is how it is going to be, with no consultation at a
local level.

And rosters have been known to bastardize it by altering shift lengths in the
fatigue program so as to come up with a roster that would not exceed the fatigue
index.

And nobody is still prepared to address  annual leave relief ,OT and working
rosters.

So all round it is a stuff up.
