Worth finding out.

Does anyone know the exact URL for the government site that supposedly
reveals (some of)
those contracts that were kept secret during the Kennett era?   I think it
was talked about
on 3LO last week (they said that the big train and tram contracts were still
secret).

I'll try www.vic.gov.au as a starter and see what I get.
