Bankstown airport express

If Bankstown becomes Sydney's second airport, what would be the optimal
route and service for a real airport express train? Ideally it would run
City Circle - Central - Domestic - International - Bankstown, and possibly
beyond to Strathfield and Parramatta. Wolli Creek Jcn might also be a
necessary to for transfers to/from the Illawarra line.

The problem is that Bankstown airport is about half way between the
western and Bankstown lines. How close does the proposed Hurstville -
Strathfield line go?

As to trains (assuming they are new stock), they could be single deck as
the patronage would only be to, from and between airports. Four cars with
lots of luggage space would be suitable, including secure luggage space so
the airlines themselves can transfer luggage.

Many airlines (the two major alliances and several independent airlines)
have check in counters at Paddington and luggage is transferred to
Heathrow by the airline and put on the plane. If you are flying out at
night, you can check your luggage at Paddington as soon as you check out
of your hotel in the morning so you don't need to lug it around all day.
Qantas and Ansett could potentially put counters at Central.

Are there secure luggage lifts at Domestic and International, or provision
for them?

Cheers
