Already very well establish.(ie:Involve with Melbourne private
transport operation and Ballarat North Workshop ownership)

They may even team up with Alstom like what they did last time try to
sell highspeed railway technology to Taiwan(Eurotrain). Unfortunately
Japanese consortum group won.
