OGara Aviation Company will offer the above 
referenced aircraft for public auction, on behalf of 
Aviation Finance Group, LLC, administration agent 
for Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, indenture trustee.  
The aircraft secures a Promissory Note dated 
November 18, 1999, as more particularly evidenced 
by the Aircraft Security Agreement of the same date.

The public auction will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, 
Thursday, December 28, 2000, at the offices of 
OGara Aviation Company, 1827 Powers Ferry 
Road, Building 8, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.  Aviation 
Finance Group, LLC reserves the right to be the 
purchaser at the sale, pursuant to a credit bid.

The terms of any acceptable bids are as follows:

* Cash or pre-approved purchaser with lenders firm 
commitment letter.

* Closing to occur no later than Monday, January 8, 
2001.

* The aircraft will be sold in AS IS condition.

* Successful bidder will be required to submit a 
$250,000 cash deposit.

The aircraft is currently located at Galvin Flying 
Services, 7149 Perimeter Road, Seattle, Washington.  
The aircrafts log books, and a recent pre-purchase 
inspection report, are available for review.
