This really works - it cuts file size by about 50%.  Those whose got error
messages might wish to try
again.  HTML Tidy still doesn't like it though.

Meltrip has been extensively re-worked, with the tram and train pages
separated to shorten
loading time.  The suburb list now included bus routes as well as train and
tram.  The bus
route info is incomplete, but will be progressively extended to include them
all.  The suburb page
is still about 180k - but splitting it should limit this to 40-50k - much
better than the nearly 300k
before.

Once this is finished, not only will people be able to look up a timetable
by route number (which has
already been achieved) but also see what routes operate in their suburb. All
pretty elementary, but it's
odd that the official Victrip doesn't do this (particcularly for buses).
