But look at their competitors.

Hillside is competing with the Eastern Freeway, relatively recently
extended and reducing congestion on Whitehorse Road.

Bayside is competing with the South Eastern and Geelong Freeways,
Tullamarine Freeway (now with tolls) and the highly congested Mt Alexander
Road. You'll probably find more than 7% extra on the Broadmeadows line.
