Will be interesting to see whether Bayside Trains still receive bonus
between March and July 2000 account many cancellations during peak hours
which have been reported in the media.

Finally, spoken to a fellow passenger recently (while travelling on a
Connex service in the outer Eastern suburbs), who failed to exchange
non-validated MetCard tickets he bought at a Bayside station and later
discovered they are not the tickets he had requested earlier. According
to the passenger, a Bayside staff member told him to try to get them
exchanged at a Connex station. What a joke!
