These people will all come from right backgrounds i.e. all will have MBA's and
have had experience in the financial services industry i.e.. stockbroking, funds
management, corporate finance, corporate law etc. So they can insure that the
profits to the shareholders will be protected for this financial period. But
their previous experience managing railways will be limited to the trainset they
had when they were children, if that.
