Re: Screen Door on XPT?

Re the screen door it is there for safety reasons regarding the new door
locking system. I was riding car "B" a while ago and saw the same things
happening. It a one door for the passengers to get in but not out the crew
have a key (the reverse of a square key) to open/close it. It looks a bit of
a fire trap but with a good kick or shove I'm sure it would come open.
There are a few items to address about it yet although WT27/28 are
operating with it in revenue service. That end of car "B" is also used as a
guards
(PSS) station. Hope this clears the situation up.
