Near St Mary's (slightly East), there was a disused rail siding going
through a factory. Its name starts with 'P' (Plasar? Plessey?)...
Anyway, I noticed this morning that they seem to be extending the line
back towards St Mary's. Only a few metres of rail and sleepers have been
put down. No ballast yet.
Does anyone know what this extension will be used for? Storage of trains
during the Olympics perhaps?
