Hi there

As we don't have to put W class on the Toorak & St. Kilda beach for the time
being. The opportunity was taken to link to other routes
ie:
At the University route 8 trams had to link to a return route 8 trip or to a
route 16 trip as they were rostered for W class, Now we linked route 8 & 16
trips to routes 5, 6 & 72 at the university, This saved a tram or two and
allowed the Toorak to return to a full service
