Thanks David, that seems to have answered my queries this time around.
I will go back and check my sourses but you would be right about how often
the freight trains come, I'm 200 metres from the track to Dumaresq and I
think i've used it more to shortcut to town than the SRA has to haul
freight.
Just to check I got all the info right.....Freight Rail comes up here about
every 3 weeks or so, using 48 Class trains to haul the stuff up here and
back, but 59's? (what the hell do they look like, they aren't on any web
site i've seen so far) are used as well. Ok, I think I got it all.
