Netscape used to be decent. Unfortunately, I have to say (personal opinion 
of course) that it is total crap. Every new version that comes out 
seemingly does nothing more than it's predecessor. Bugs stay the same 
("Netscape random crash of death that no-one or thing can explain"), and it 
gets slower. 

I have been a die-hard Netscape fan for a long time, since around about the 
time version 2 came out in fact, but, I have given in now, to Internet 
Explorer, which these days seems to be faster and crashes less. It may be a 
Microsoft product, but, it works (surprisingly enough).
