I am not defending my employer. All my comments are personal. I defend
myself. I cannot speak for others.

I will not accept being called a moron, when I have done nothing moronic to
deserve such a title.

I blame someone else, because if my train runs late, it is always someone else's
fault. I brought a train into town yesterday and was on time all the way from
Campbelltown to Illawarra Junction (Redfern). I sat there for 7 minutes while
three (late) trains overtook me. After one minute, I had called the signal box
to find out the extent of the delay, which I passed on to the Guard, who
informed the passengers.

Most organisations can make funds available to fix problems. CityRail's funding
comes from the government. The best way to improve services on the Richmond
line would be to lobby the local MP, who may be able to increase funding at a
government level.

CityRail management reads all pertinent messages posted on this forum. I know
that evrything I type will be read by my bosses. This is why, as per the Code
Of Workplace Standards, I need to state that all opinions are personal. Rest
assured that your comments have been read. I wouldn't expect a response though.
