Perhaps they have about 30,000 tins of surplus "Tulloch Grey" that they 
need/want to use? (-:

Anyway, why the hell did they paint the Tulloch cars grey - it looks 
revolting, and even worse, when they Shittydeckered them (Unrefurbished 
cars appear as a darker shade of grey, and have black skirts, refurb sets 
are a lighter grey, painted over the skirts as well). Bring back the red 
Tulloch's, and un-shittydecker them, and they will look fine (:
