[Melb] Frankston Line

In the local paper the other day,

There was talk of Bayide trains stopping all the trains between Cheltenham
and Mordialloc due to a suicide on the line. But the passengers who were
between Mentone and Parkdale had to get off the train while it was in the
middle of nowhere, and they had to "jump". Come on as they said in the
article, isn't there any plan that the drivers step through in this case.
There wasn't even any buses that were able to transit passengers around the
problems.
