Hillside trains have enough trains to operate expresses but not enough
capacity between Box Hill and Ringwood this triplication plan should be
able to solve the problem.

Good idea, NR would be able to run through freight between most of the
Cities in Australia without exchange bogies etc. I would like to see SG
train running on Flinder street viaduct:-), the only problem would be
building SG line (or dual gauge)bewteen the very busy Spencer street and
Caulfield strech.
