Referring to the range of engines listed at
http://www.engines.ind.alstom.com/, it appears the MB275 series of BR class
37/9 and 60 fame has been dropped from the range. As the Ruston RK270 is
almost the same size it would make sense to avoid the duplication.
When did Hawker / Brush decide to sell MB to GEC-Alstom ?
When was the old RKC engine dropped from the Ruston diesel range?
And I assume that the Deltic engines came under Paxmans, when were they
dropped?
