Anyone have information regarding the South African import Steam locos
that will operate tourist train in bewteen Cairns and Kuranda??
As far as I know there will be 2 steam locos currently are all in New
Zealand. Imported from South Africa and refurbished in New Zealand
(Auckland?). The smae company purchased some SX carriages from
Citytrain and will use them for the tourist service. The SX carriages
currently refurbish in Cairns.
