the O is there to distinguish it from a "T" set, probably stands for outersuburban

DTM, DIM, DKM --note there is no DMM or DJM (all of these are motor cars)
DJT, DMT, DIT, DMT  (yes I saw a DMT today on V26. had ugly big white "DMT" over the blue "banner"),
DKT (all of these are trailers). perhaps someone knowledgeable could distinguish between these again
(I've seen them once on this NG)
