Was to begin this year, but now looks like next year.!

They are still attempting to finance the deal, funny
that, you would have thought putting a tender in for a
job like this, money matters would have been sorted.

The acting Chief said "the certification of the
access regime keeps the projects timetable on track".
Apart from the pun, this contradicts a heap of previous
statements made by various pollies and honchos who said
it would be underway now.!
