Re: NSW transfer of FA locos

Observed this train in Wodonga on its way through, followed it to Albury
where it was held to cross the up XPT to Melbourne ( incidentally XP 2001
centenary of Federation was the trailing power car) 1410, the FA train left
at 1412. Are VHAF's a new coding adopted by FA as the wagons appeared to be
older codings recoded?
