Effective from 27/10/99 to 31/10/99
Locos 48 class (ex-FreightCorp)

To all concerned:  48 class locomotives number 1 to 185 are permitted
to operate on the ARTC network.  As these locos are not fitted with
Victorian train to base radios their operation will be restricted to
slave units.
