Aus loco discussion mailing list
Just to clarify a couple of points from a previous posting.
Lets not get too excited about B80 - it is all very tentative at this
stage. When I talked about swapping bogies I wasn't saying it had actually
happened, just that I believe that it has been agreed to between the parties
concerned (NB "I believe it has been agreed" not "It has been agreed"),
that's what will have to occur if the project is to go ahaed and things are
gradually starting to happen.
I should also add that the logs seen at Geelong/ Corio were from Morwell -
as stated previously the NSW traffic isn't due to start until next week.
As I've said before -
"Anything can happen in the next half hour!"
