Nope...freight Victoria contract/service with NRC loading attached. NRC loading
is only usually 5 wagons per train, with FV loading making up the other 14
wagons. (Can Vary)
That rumour went around about 2 years ago, but the NRC loading has never really
increased with only a few boxes bound for interstate services it was not cost
effective.
