Evening all
SL 52, the tour train to Broken Hill , run by the ACT div of the ARHS,
led by 4222s5 - 4514 looked quite spectacular as it passed through the
fields of canola on the outskirts of Stockingbingal , the train running
a half hour early stopped at Stocky long enough for the loco to take
water, some of the passengers to have a quick walk around, a rather good
run by, and the train was off to Cootamundra West where, by its early
arrival caught local staff by surprise, 442s5 again took water, not a
large amount but enough to be amusing, about 40 minutes early the train
departed Coota West, last seen disappearing into the gloomy weather
towards Wallenbeen,
