John,
As Yuri has said all the traffic that ATN are going for at presnet is on the
standard gauge ARTC and RAC networks to which open access principles apply.
The initial order is for 44 new wagons with an option for 44 more, though I
am not sure if the contract has been signed yet - watch this space. If the
contract goes ahead they will be built in China and it will be at the
Qiqihar Locomtive and Rolling Stock Works in the NW of the country, they
will be 25 tonne tare with 75t load capacity.
Cheers
Mark
