Re: inaugural ip locos

I've managed to get my hands on two photos taken on the Nullabor Plains of
the 'inaugural' IP. The first loco (CL1) carries the head board stating
"Indian Pacific - Inaugural Sydney-Perth - Direct Passenger Train Service."
Importantly, under a magnifying glass, the numbers of the two trailing GM's
can be identified as GM47+GM25 in that order. GM47 can also be identified
as the 2nd unit by the dynamic braking fan on its No.2 end.
