[Vic] R711, more test runs

Today (Wednesday 15/3), R711 was second engine on 9240 Tottenham
Yard-Nth Geelong Yard goods with X34+R711+T396+X52, it was turned at
Geelong and returned light engine following the 1130 up pass.

Thurs 16/3, it will run empty cars 1000 ex-MEL to GEX (1110), turn,
depart GEX 1200, arrive MEL 1311.  Cars will be BK711, BS201, WAL951,
DT319.

Fri 17/3, it will go light engine (or maybe with a car or two) to BXT on
our 0900 path ex-MEL, then will lead B61, BZ269 and BRS221 back from BXT
to MEL on our 1240 up pass.
