I can help you with the 46 class.  According to my records, the inaugural IP
(No.1) was hauled by 4601 + 4602 (both No.2 end leading due to the removal
of their buffers from the No. 1 end).  The following 'Press Special' (No.3)
was worked by 4603 + 4604 (again both No.2 end leading for the same reason
as mentioned above).
