RE: [Ausloco] 8151

Thursday 15/6:
We saw 8151 on cement hoppers at Berrima Junction around noon. After the passage of a northbound Nat Rail train, 8151 backed out and followed north. 8139 then arrived at the junction from the cement works on the empty limestone hoppers and headed south to Meday Junction and South Marulan - it would have crossed NR113/104 on the NR limestone run to Port Kembla somewhere along the line. The NR service had arrived at South Marulan around 09:30 with a full set of new RHEH 3-pack hoppers and was to take about 90 minutes to load.

It is captive to Berrima Cement workings... Always sitting just outside
the office at Berrima with a rake of cement wagons when I arrive of a
morning. It usually departs around 9 to head to Berrima Junction where
I suspect it hangs about a bit to do some shunting. On Thursday it
passed Maldon at about 1pm heading into town with a load of cement.

This could be a good loco for everyone to pick on and track, but in
anycase I hope the above helps.
