[Ausloco] ATN from Melbourne - failed!

Somewhat overshadowed by the news of the FA derailment, but another wheat
train failed before even setting out this afternoon.

Geoff Hann rang me to advise when L254/ 845 attempted to lift their train
from McIntyre loop this afternoon, a big cloud of black smoke erupted from
the L class - it seemed to be doing a good impersonation of the small Alco
behind it!  All was not well with the big GM, and the load was stowed in No
3 road at the loop.  The locos have returned to RTS/ Dynon for attention.
The crew advised that they'd "try again in a few days".

Of the other L's , I believe L251 has gone to Goninans in Melbourne for
wheel turning, and L270 is "being worked on".

Not a good day for the privateers all round.
