[Ausloco] Late running Ghan (25/6)

A visit to Central today around 1245 revealed NR73 waiting at the throat 
of Central station for the arrival of a late running Ghan, which 
eventually arrived shortly before 1300 under the command of NR103. Anyone 
know the reason for this almost 4-hour lateness ?. Seems to be a bad day 
for on-time/on track running all round.
