[Ausloco] B80 on the move Wed 12/7

Sched for a 1415 dep from Ballarat are S311+T385+Safety
wagons+B80+Safety wagons, to Dynon.  Train will be stabled at Shaws Sdg,
B80 is to be bogie exchanged with GM19, which will be returned to BXT
with the safety wagons at some time next week.  S311 is going to the
wheel lathe Thurs morning.  T363 will be retrieved from Steamrail on
Thurs morning (more than likely with S311 when it's turning is
complete).
