[Ausloco] Victorian stuff

Well it looks like we are now down to one FA V/Line liveried A class. A71 has been sent to WCR for painting. Also the FA livery has been changed just a bit, the Australian map on both recently painted A78 and A85 are now green instead of white. Not muck yellow left now - just when you thought it couldn't get more worse.

The reason why WCR's B76 was used on last Saturday nights Dandenong spoil train was due to the rostered engine (T345) derailing during the Saturday Morning at Newport workshops. All other locos had been allocated to something else.
